Women's Climbing - Intro to Lead Climbing - 17th October - Snowdonia

Run by these weekends have been partly funded by the Charitable Work Funding of the , funded itself by the Alice Kerr Mountaineering,Association of Mountaineering InstructorsAlpkit Foundation.

The Intro to Leading days cost just £70 per person and present a wonderful opportunity for people to get out on the rock.

My aim is to get more women out rock climbing!

This Course is for people who would like to learn how to Lead traditional Rock Climbing. We will cover:

- Gear Placements

- Anchor building

- Belaying

- Ropework

- Placing lead gear

- Confidence! 

- Movement coaching.

The course is run at a 1:4 ratio, so you get plenty of instructor time. 

These days are designed to be relaxing and informative. We will meet in a Cafe in the morning, before heading out into the hills to find a good crag for learning :)
