Fancy getting in to fell running but not sure where to start? Come along on a course and you can learn all about the techniques and skills required to move around in the fells and hills.
Each session can be tailored to your needs and could cover some of these skills:
- Uphill techniques
- Downhill techniques
- Movement on uneven and rocky ground
- Scrambling whilst running
- Pacing for long distance events
These can be booked for any number of people up to 6. A level of hill fitness is required to book a course, though you do not need to be able to run up steep fells to attend! Please email enquiries to me to know more.
